1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and AK444 ("Platform" or "We"). This document governs all aspects of using the AK444 platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games, and use of all services provided.

By accessing, registering or using any part of the ak444 platform, you hereby acknowledge that you have fully read and understood these terms and conditions, and you agree to be bound by them. These terms take effect as soon as you complete the account registration process.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the AK444 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by local law.
• Have never been declared bankrupt or are currently undergoing bankruptcy proceedings.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to register and own one active account only at AK444. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the freezing of all related accounts and forfeiture of all available balances.

6 Game Rules
